“Respecting Each Other’s Time”

Cancellations/rescheduling: I understand that there are times when you miss an appointment or have a need to cancel/reschedule due to emergencies or obligations for work & family. However, when you do not at least call/text, you are preventing other clients the opportunity to fill your spot in a timely manner.


I require 12 hour’s notice to cancel/reschedule. If I am not able to answer your call/text because I may be in treatment or out of the office, please leave a message/text requesting a cancellation/reschedule. 


Late arrival: Late arrivals will require that I end the session at the scheduled end time in order to be prepared for my next client. Each situation may vary, however I will discuss time & payment clearly before your appointment begins. Do not expect to pay a lesser fee just because you showed up late or changes your mind about time/type of service that was booked. 

I recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out

of “our” control. I prefer to work together & always find a solution. I do reserve 

the right to discharge you as a client if you continue to miss your appointments.
